Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Clinician Educator

Overview

Dr. Brindle graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2001 and completed her pediatric training at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. She served as a Chief Resident and then as a Clinical Instructor where she helped develop the University of Florida’s Pediatric Residency Program Curriculum in Child Health Advocacy. From there, she practiced General Academic Pediatrics at Cleveland Clinic Children’s, where she continued to develop her interest in Graduate Medical Education, serving as the Associate Residency Program Director and then the Residency Program Director. She joined Hasbro Children’s Hospital in 2014 as the pediatrician on the inpatient Medical Psychiatric Unit. In 2016, she transitioned to Hasbro Primary Care, where she provides care coordination and primary care services to Children with Complex Medical Needs. Dr. Brindle is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Academic Pediatric Association.
