Dr. Amin completed his Medical Degree and Pathology Residency at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (Shiraz, Iran). He completed his Pathology Residency in Anatomical and Clinical Pathology at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center (New York, NY) where he served one year as chief resident. He continued his training as a fellow in Oncology/Surgical Pathology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) and in Genitourinary Pathology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital (Baltimore, MD). Currently, he is on the faculty of Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University as an Associate Professor of Pathology. Dr. Amin is the director of the clinical services in genitourinary pathology and his primary office is located at The Miriam Hospital.
