Jennie Johnson, MD is an infectious diseases doctor with an interest in vector borne diseases, HIV and travel medicine. Dr. Johnson received her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Pennsylvania. She went on to earn her medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. Dr. Johnson completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Oregon Health and Science University, Portland. She completed her fellowship in infectious diseases at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
Dr. Johnson also serves as an assistant professor of medicine at the Alpert Medical School, and an adjunct assistant professor of medicine at both Bryant University and Johnson & Wales University. She is also the assistant medical director of the Infectious Diseases and Immunology Center at The Miriam Hospital and director of the Lifespan Lyme Disease Center.
