Overview

Dr. Kim graduated with a B.Sc from McMaster University in 2003 following a major in Biochemistry. He received his M.S. in Neurosciences and Behavioral Sciences in 2008 from McMaster University and his M.D. in 2015 from St. George’s University School of Medicine where he graduated cum laude. Dr. Kim completed his residency training in Psychiatry at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston, MA in 2020. During his residency, he served as a Chief Resident, and was awarded an Honorary Prize in 2019 on the Research Day at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. Dr. Kim is presently a Staff Psychiatrist in Adult General Psychiatry at Butler Hospital Kent Unit and the Outpatient Clinic.
