Michael Koster is a pediatric infectious diseases physician with an interest in quality improvment, global health, and systems operations. He is the medical director for Hasbro Children's Hospital, and also the director for the Haiti exchange program. He is a board member for a large collaborative of children's hospitals all supporting St Damien Hospital in Haiti. He has diverse research interest, both local and abroad, with a focus on pediatric infections, including: viral respiratory illnesses, osteoarticular infections, and pnuemonia.
