Dr. Henriksen is on the faculty of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University.  She is a Surgical Pathologist at Lifespan Academic Medical Center, has special expertise and experience renal pathology. Dr. Henriksen obtained her AB with Honors, and her MD from the University of Chicago.  She is board-certified in anatomic pathology by the American Board of Pathology.
