Overview

Andrew E. Foderaro, MD, is an Associate Professor of Medicine, Clinician Educator, at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and a member of the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at Brown University Health.

Dr. Foderaro specializes in the evaluation and management of pulmonary disease, with particular expertise in pulmonary nodules, lung cancer diagnosis, and advanced bronchoscopy. He serves as Director of Nodule Management and Medical Director of Bronchoscopy at Rhode Island Hospital and The Miriam Hospital, where he helps lead the robotic bronchoscopy program. His procedural interests include robotic and navigational bronchoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), advanced diagnostic bronchoscopy, and pleural procedures.

In addition, Dr. Foderaro serves as Medical Director of Respiratory Therapy at Rhode Island Hospital and is actively involved in medical education, multidisciplinary lung cancer care, and the development of new technologies and approaches for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary disease.
