Dr. Tseng completed adult psychiatry residency training at the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System in Florida and forensic psychiatry fellowship at The Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University. He is an attending psychiatrist at the Rhode Island State Psychiatric Hospital, providing treatment for court-ordered forensic patients.
