Overview

Andrew D. Wilcock, PhD, is a Lead Research Scientist and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Services, Policy and Practice. Wilcock completed his doctoral studies at the University of Minnesota and worked as a Research Scientist at Harvard Medical School before joining HSPP.

Dr. Wilcock is an applied economist and a health services researcher that specializes in rigorous analysis of large, complex data. His research aims at improving the affordability and outcomes of health care services in the United States, including the impacts of provider payment reforms and adoption of new technology into medical practice.
