Overview

Barbara Jandasek, PhD is a Clinical Associate Professor of the Departments of Psychiatry and Human Behavior (DPHB) and Pediatrics at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. A licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in pediatric psychology, she has been a staff psychologist at Rhode Island Hospital since 2010 and splits her time across research, clinical work, and training.

Dr. Jandasek serves as the Director of Education for the Community Asthma Programs and as a co-Investigator for the Childhood Asthma and Pediatric Health Disparities Research Programs. She also collaborates with the Pediatric Heart Center, Hasbro Children's Partial Hospital and Inpatient Medical Psychiatric Programs to facilitate program evaluation of these clinical services.

Her clinical activities center around Integrated Care within Hasbro's Pediatric Heart Center and the Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes Center. She enjoys providing clinical supervision to psychology residents and postdoctoral fellows.
