Brett Slingsby, MD is a Child Abuse Pediatrician at The Lawrence A. Aubin Sr. Child Protection Center. He is the Fellowship Director of Child Abuse Pediatrics at Hasbro Children’s Hospital. He is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Clinician Educator at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He is board certified in both general pediatrics and child abuse pediatrics. He is involved in direct patient care and research. He completes medical evaluations for all forms of child maltreatment, including physical abuse, sexual abuse and neglect.
Dr. Slingsby received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, completed his Pediatrics Residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School, and completed his Child Abuse Pediatric Fellowship at Rhode Island Hospital/ Hasbro Children’s Hospital.
