Dr. Neumann graduated from the SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. He then completed a residency in radiology at the Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center, and a fellowship in cross-sectional imaging at the Beth Israel Medical Center, both in New York City.
Dr. Neumann's interests include abdominal, thoracic and trauma imaging.
He is the Chairman of Radiology at Roger Williams Medical Center and Our Lady of Fatima hospital.
