Dr. Jeffrey Gaines is a Clinical Assistant Professor of emergency medicine and practices at Newport Hospital. Dr. Gaines graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School and completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh, where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Gaines has an interest in hospital administration and physician leadership, and is currently the President of the Medical Staff at Newport Hospital.
