Dr. Gershon has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Emory University. He completed his internship at the Boston Consortium and his postdoctoral training at Brown University. Dr. Gershon has published research articles on virtual reality treatment and has presented at national conferences. His current interests include cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety disorders, child and family therapy, and ADHD. Dr.Gershon is a teacher for the first year doctoring course for medical students. He also teaches a seminar for the psychology fellows in the department of Psychiatry and Human Dr. Gershon is the president-elect of the Rhode Island Psychological Assocation.
