Dr. Welch completed her residency in Pediatrics (2002-5) and her fellowship in Pediatric Hematology/Oncolgoy (2005-8) at Brown University. Following fellowship, Dr. Welch remained at Brown as a faculty member in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. She is currently the Medical Director of Pediatric Hematology/Oncolgoy clinical research. Her clinical role is as the lead clinician for Pediatric leukemia and lymphoma.
