Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Human Behavior

Overview

Jack Nassau, PhD is a Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Human Behavior (DPHB)  at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in family based treatment of pediatric chronic illness. He has been a staff psychologist at Rhode Island Hospital since 1999 and Chief Psychologist in the Hasbro Children's Partial Hospital Program (HCPHP) since 2013. He is a clinical supervisor for medical students, psychology residents and postdoctoral fellows, and psychiatry residents and fellows, when those trainees are completing rotations on HCPHP. His current research interests revolve around family illness beliefs and treatment outcomes of patients and families receiving treatment at HCPHP.
