Jeffrey Riese MD is a pediatric hospitalist at Hasbro Children's Hospital, with an interest in high flow nasal cannula use in bronchiolitis and medical education. He graduated summa cum laude from Bowdoin College in 2002. Dr. Riese attended medical school at University of Massachusetts. In 2009, he came to Rhode Island for his pediatrics residency at the Hasbro Children's Hospital/Brown University Program. He was pediatric chief resident from 2012-2013. Since 2013 he has served as Associate Pediatric Residency Program Director. His research interests include pediatric hospital readmissions, high flow nasal cannula use in bronchiolitis, and medical education. He is co-director of the pediatric curriculum for the intern prep course at Alpert Medical School.
