Dr Lauren Massingham is a clinical Geneticist at Rhode Island Hospital, Hasbro Children's Hospital and the Miriam Hospital. She is the Director of the Cancer Genetics program at Lifespan Cancer Institute, which includes a High Risk Hereditary Cancer syndrome clinic for patients who have been diagnosed with a hereditary cancer syndrome. She is also a co-course coordinator for the genetics lectures as part of the Scientific Foundations in Medicine course for the Alpert Medical School. Research interests include pediatric and adult oncology genetics and pediatric genetics. She completed clinical genetics fellowship at Tufts Medial Center. She completed pediatric residency at University of Massachusetts Medical Center. She attended medical school at the University of Vermont Medical School.
