Dr. Choi's research focuses on developing innovative cancer immunotherapies and targeted therapeutic strategies. Her work integrates oncolytic adenovirus and immune cell-engaging approaches, along with targeted drug and gene delivery, to improve therapeutic responses in various solid tumors. Her current research focuses on engineering oncolytic viral immune cell engagers, including BiTE, TriNKE, and BiME, to enhance immune cell recruitment and shift the tumor microenvironment toward a more immune-active state.
