Michael Koster is a pediatric hospitalist and global health educator. He is director of the Haiti Exchange program, and mentors residents and students in Global Health. He has diverse research interest, with a focus on pediatric infections.

Dr. Michael Koster is a pediatric hospitalist and infectious diseases specialist. His areas of interest are in physician decision making regarding diagnosis and testing of pneumonia and meningitis. He is very committed to education and enjoys mentoring fellows, residents, and students on research and global health projects. He has ongoing collborations in Haiti, Rwanda, and Ukraine. His global health intersted extend to pneumonia, meningitis, HIV, malnutrition, and medical education.
Currently I have active research projects in global health, urinary tract infections and osteomyelitis.
