Overview

Mandar Naik manages Structural Biology Core and NSF/EPSCoR Proteomics Shared facilities at Brown University. His research interests revolve around (i) Molecular mechanisms underlying cancer cell signaling events particularly cross-regulation of post-translational modifications, (ii) Structure-guided development of a drug candidate for neurological disorders, (iii) Structural analysis of dust mite allergens, (iv) Studies on the evolution of antimicrobial resistance and design of novel inhibitors, and (v) Green chemistry.
