Otto Liebmann is an Emergency Physician with Brown University Health. He has been at Brown since 2007 after completing his training in California. His current teaching focus is on personal safety for healthcare providers. In light of growing attention on workplace violence in healthcare he has developed a personal safety curriculum designed to help keep clinicians, staff and patients safe. He is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu blackbelt instructor and Aikido blackbelt instructor who has been teaching self-defense for three decades.
