The Nelson Center for Entrepreneurship was founded in 2016 at Brown University to advance entrepreneurship as a field of study and practice. The Center supports research, pedagogy, and interdisciplinary collaboration, while seeding the curriculum with entrepreneurship across undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs. Through co-curricular programming, venture support, and applied opportunities, the Center fosters inquiry into how entrepreneurship can address complex problems, building knowledge that informs both scholarship and the design of real-world solutions.
