Dr. Bratman spent his early years in Randolph, New Jersey. He completed undergraduate and medical studies at the University of Connecticut. He moved to Rhode Island for residency in internal medicine at Brown University, where he was part of the clinician-educator track and a mentor in the Alpert Medical School’s Doctoring program. He then completed a clinical fellowship in endocrinology at Brown. He has active clinical practices in the Division of Endocrinology at Brown Medicine in East Providence as well as the Lifespan Adult Endocrinology Clinic in Providence. He also provides inpatient endocrine consultation services at Rhode Island Hospital. He is passionate about fellow, resident, and medical student education and directs the rotation in endocrinology for medical residents.
