Dr. Becca Howe is an Advanced Fellow in Health Systems Research with VA Providence and Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Brown University. She completed residency and a clinical research fellowship at University of California, Davis. Her research focuses on older adults with serious illness and how health system innovations can improve outcomes for older adults and their caregivers. She conducts home visits with VA Providence Home-Based Primary Care and leads a QI initiative to improve cognitive impairment and dementia diagnosis and documentation.
