I am a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician (physiatrist), with additional board certification in electrodiagnostic medicine (EMG). I have broad experience within the field of rehab medicine, including acute inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient practice electrodiagnostic medicine, spasticity management (botox), management of orthotics, prosthetics and amputation care, evaluation and rehabilitation management of traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, neuromuscular disease and peripheral nerve pathology, musculoskeletal injuries, and other disabling conditions. I am also a trained researcher in the field of genetics, specifically in RNA splicing and regulation.
