My primary research interests lie at the interface of epidemiology, statistics, and mathematical modeling, with a focus on cancer incidence and disparities. I specialize in using mechanistic disease models and rigorous statistical methods to understand cancer etiology and to evaluate the population-level impact of prevention and control strategies. My work informs cancer prevention strategies and tobacco control policy, and I am expanding my modeling framework to address cancer incidence and disparities more broadly.
I welcome the opportunity to connect with students and collaborators interested in cancer modeling, disease disparities, or tobacco control. Please feel free to reach out.
