Dr. Cheng joined the Brown Faculty in 2011. She obtained her medical degree at University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Yale Brideport Hospital and fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Cleveland Clinic. She does general endocrinology with special interests in adrenal and pituitary disorders. She performs thyroid ultrasound and biopsies. She is ECNU-certified since 2012. She is the CME director for the Division of Endocrinology at Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
Outside of medicine, she likes to travel and photography. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids.
