Assistant Professor of Neurology

Overview

I am a Vascular and Critical Care neurologist at Rhode Island Hospital, and an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. I completed Neurology residency training at the University of Connecticut, and fellowship training in Neurocritical Care and Vascular Neurology at Yale New Haven Hospital.

My clinical and research interests include the acute treatment and secondary prevention of ischemic stroke and intracerebral hemorrhage, as well as seizures and EEG patterns in critically ill neurologic patients.

I am a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the Neurocritical Care Society and the American Heart Association, and serve as a reviewer for the journals Neurocritical Care, Frontiers in Neurology and Stroke.
