Caron Zlotnick's current research interests focus on interventions for financially disadvantaged women with depression or posttraumatic stress disorder. Currently, she is involved in several major projects including: a preventive intervention for pregnant women on public assistance at risk for postpartum depression; a cognitive-behavioral intervention for women prisoners with substance use and posttraumatic stress disorder; and an intervention for pregnant women with recent partner abuse.
