Susan Moffitt is an Associate Professor of Political Science and Public Policy. Her latest book, Making Policy Public: Participatory Bureaucracy in American Democracy, was published by Cambridge University Press in the Fall of 2014. She received her PhD and MPP from the University of Michigan.
