Assistant Professor of Medicine, Assistant Professor of Medical Science, Assistant Dean of Medical Education


Sarita Warrier, MD, is an Assistant Dean for Medical Education at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. A native of Detroit, Michigan, she completed her undergraduate and medical school education at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor (Go Blue!), and trained at the Brown Internal Medicine Residency program. As an academic general internist on the teaching faculty at Rhode Island Hospital since 2008, she trains residents and students in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. In her role as an Assistant Dean, she is responsible for the second-year medical student curriculum and involved in the oversight of the four year curriculum. Her research interests include undergraduate and graduate medical education.
