Professor of Psychiatry and Human Behavior, Professor of Behavioral and Social Sciences


Dr. Gaudiano is Editor of a multi-volume reference work, titled Mindfulness, which is part of Routledge's Major Themes in Mental Health Series.

He also is Editor of the book, Incorporating Mindfulness and Acceptance into the Treatment of Psychosis: Current Trends and Future Directions published by Oxford University Press. 

In addition, Dr. Gaudiano is Associate Editor of Wiley's Encyclopedia of Clinical Psychology.

Currently, he is a faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry & Human Behavior at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and in the Department of Behavioral and Social Sciences at the Brown School of Public Health. Dr. Gaudiano is a Clinical Psychologist at Brown-affiliated Butler Hospital, where he conducts research as a member of the Psychosocial Research Program. In addition, he is Primary Faculty in the Brown Mindfulness Center and a Research Psychologist at the Providence VA Medical Center.
