Christine Barron, MD, is the Division Director, The Lawrence A. Aubin Sr. Child Protection Center and Associate FellowshipProgram Director, Child Abuse Pediatrics at Hasbro Children’s Hospital. She is a Professor of Pediatrics at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She is board certified in both general pediatrics and child abuse pediatrics. She is involved in direct patient care, teaching and research. She completes comprehensive medical evaluations for all forms of child maltreatment, including physical abuse, sexual abuse and neglect.
Dr. Barron received her medical degree from State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn and completed her Pediatrics Residency and Child Abuse Pediatric Fellowship at Rhode Island Hospital/ Hasbro Children’s Hospital.
